After studying the advantages of the USD bond issue regarding the safety of our kids, the enhanced educational programs it will provide, along with the better facilities for both the physical education programs and vo-tech programs, I strongly endorse the bond and hope everyone take the opportunity to vote “yes” on November 7th. We are getting so much for so little money when you break it all down. It’s all so needed and will have to be done at some point. - David Miller, graduate of USD 308, parent of two

From my first day of morning Kindergarten class at the then brand new Wiley Elementary School in September 1954 through Graduation Day in 1967 from Hutchinson High, my life has been greatly influenced by the education I received in Hutchinson. Our educational facilities and programs were a great source of community pride and set high standards for surrounding districts in both academics and athletics. My daughter and son-in-law have also benefited from an excellent education In the USD 308 district that served them well as they completed their college degrees. Dedicated teachers, opportunities for excellence in academics, music, forensics, athletics and other programs give USD 308 students many advantages. However, our schools have been neglected for far too long. Please support the USD 308 Bond Issue to insure the safety of our students, improve the physical facilities, and to invest in the future of Hutchinson. The students of today are your community leaders of tomorrow.
